Descriptif
For this tasting, we will taste some wine from France. I will explain you how to taste a wine, and we will speak about aromas, region, and winemaker.
The wine will be accompanied by food (cheese, charcuterie etc..) to pair the wine with a variety of dishes, and give you some advices about pairing wine and food.
Objectifs
Discovery of French wines, how to taste a wine (the 3 steps, eye nose and mouth) we will do a tasting about different french appellations (white and red wine) their land, region and growing method.
